Width of the lock's own mount, which hangs in the slot beside the hook. 25.4 mm (1 in) is the print-tested width

Hook plate thickness

How thick the steel hook's back plate or back wire is where it lies on the slat face. Measure it with calipers, coating included

Hook plate height

How far the hook's back plate reaches down the slat face from the bottom edge of its slot. The keeper flange runs this far down; on longer plates it covers the top 45 mm

Flange reach

How far each keeper flange reaches over the edge of the hook's back plate. Keep it clear of the hook's prong

Locks a bought steel slatwall hook so it can't tip out when you take something off it. It hangs in the same slot, beside the hook, and a flange closes over the hook's back plate. Measure that plate, and print in PETG or ASA, not PLA.
