How many screwdrivers. The rack is this many holes times the spacing wide, up to 240 mm so it fits a 256 mm bed

Hole size (largest shaft)

Diameter of the thickest shaft or bolster that must pass through; every hole is this size, and the handle must be wider than it. Bigger holes leave less bar between them, so the rack holds less

Hole spacing

Centre to centre, a little more than your widest handle: about 22 mm for precision drivers, 30 to 38 mm for full-size ones. Closer holes leave less bar between them: 12 mm holes 20 mm apart hold only about 0.1 kg (0.2 lb), calculated, not tested, for PLA with 2 walls and 15 % infill

How far the bar sticks out from the wall; deeper keeps fat handles off the slat face

Holds screwdrivers in a row of holes, shaft down and handle resting on top. Set the hole count, size and spacing; big holes close together weaken the bar. Hang screwdrivers only and print in PETG or ASA: in PLA the bar is calculated at about 0.45 kg.
